Flabbergasted. One word that'll explain what you're feeling right now. It's not like you don't like the fact that the two of you are engaged, but it's just too surprising.

You reminded yourself on how you got into the situation where you're so much desperate in finding a fiancé you want ASAP.

Flashback~

Sunday. You're currently eating your dinner with your parents. Then your parents started asking you about you, your school--and about your most defied subject--your love life.

"So... I heard you turned down the son of Mr. Pervy. (A/n: I know nothing about this. 😎 lol no.) Why did you turn him down? He's a good catch," your mother said.

You simply rolled your eyes heavenwards.

"Mom, he is so not a good catch. Remember that his last name is Pervy," you spat.

I can't blame you though. That fruitcake guy is a pervert, as his name implies. And the author doesn't want to put the detailed information here about it.

And one more thing, you can't help but answer your mom this way since it's your love life we're talking about.

"Hmm," your mom hummed. "But he's the last on my list for you that I think you'll like."

"The guy I'll like?! Whatta phrase, mom! Those guys in your list are not worth it!" you thought while munching your food grumpily.

And yes, munching grumpily is possible. Isn't it?

"Aha!" You nearly choked because of your mom's sudden action. "I'll give you 4 days to find a fiancé you'll like eventually. And if you haven't found one until Friday night, I'll force you to date anybody again from your father's list this time," she told you while looking at your father for agreement.

"It's okay for me. I'm sorry, dear. But we're so eager to see you settle down as soon as possible because you don't know when we'll disappear from this world," your dad replied sadly.

"Dad..." you groaned. You always hated it whenever they talk like this. You may not be able to show them but you love your parents big time.

"Okay, okay. I'll find my husband-to-be ASAP." you sighed.

Your mother's face brighten up. "That's good to hear!" she beamed.

Now, now. How the hell are you going to find a guy that is worth it?

Flashback ends~

The guests are now scattered around the mansion as you talk to your parents. The dinner is served shortly after your parents' announcement so you told over the mic that they should eat first before continuing the program.

"Mom! What the heck is this?! I thought it's just a formal dinner for the four of us?! How come there is a party, an ENGAGEMENT party to be exact!!!" you screamed as the four of you is finally alone.

Your fiancé is just quiet at your side as you continue with your screaming. Uhm... He's actually making a what-the-eff face as he looks at you everytime you shout things only a madwoman would shout.

"Calm down, (y/n)," your mom giggled. "Looks like you found a jackpot here..." she said knowingly as she examined Killua.

The latter just laughed nervously then took his hand out for a handshake. "It's nice to finally meet you, ma'am, sir," he said.

Your father shook his hand firmly and said nothing. But your mother hugged him tightly. "Oh my goshhh!!! This boy is sooooo cute! You'll make a great couple!"
