Also if you are too young to get a job, then find some kid-friendly jobs like chores, dog walking, and babysitting. And another option for clothes, you could upcycle. Upcycle is when you take clothes and you make them your own or personalize them. You can get these clothes anywhere and find supplies to upcycle them. They will make your closet look fuller without breaking the bank.
