I awoke to an Autumn day.
Amber, solar, and fading verdant lined the heavens.
Cold and hot pushed and pulled upon the stoic trees.
Wind storms sent colored showers sailing towards the ground.
I blinked for a moment.

I woke up to the Winter's wind.
Brisk breezes blew cold crystals across the chilled sky.
Sunlight shimmered on the snow's smooth blanketed surface.
Ephemeral prints slowly faded as time passed.
I blinked for a moment.

I awoke to the song of Spring.
I saw life return to the sky and land and water.
Vivid color illuminated the new earth.
Vitality returned with its strong sanguine flow.
I blinked for a moment.

I woke to the sight of Summer.
Energy infused each creature with its spirit.
Warmth filled the world with energy through each long day,
And short nights were serene respite for minds to rest.
I blinked for a moment.

I awoke to an Autumn day.
Red, yellow and green lined the branches.
Wind shook the old trees.
The breeze blew dead leaves around.
My eyes closed for a moment.

I woke to the sight of Summer.
