Chapter Three - Getting To Know

We were talking by the tree, behind the noodle take-a-away shop, for about 15 minutes. I didn't even realise that I was talking for that long with a big time celebrity! The time went really fast. First we were talking about his tour and next minute we were discussing how fishing nets can kill so many fish! Like I said before, it felt like I had known him for years.

After 15 minutes I had luckily got his number, when Ashton- I know right! The Ashton Irwin! Said to Luke:
"Oi boy, what ya doing out here? There are about 50 fans outside now! And it's growing! Oh- who's this?"

We both froze. Ashton seemed very bossy.

Luke replied with:
"Alright Ash, I'm just talking to a lovely lady named McKenzie," then looked back and smiled at me.

Ashton started walking back inside and shouted "OK, WHATEVER. JUST HURRY UP."

Sadly, Luke had to leave. I didn't want him to go. I felt a strong connection. When he was leaving he grabbed my hand and give me a note with his number on it. Then quickly ran back inside with his hand making an imaginary phone next to his ear.

I thought I would never say this, but I think Luke Hemmings likes me!
