Nathan's POV
I had to make sure I heard right. Did she just ask me if I was a Vampire?! "Um, sorry, what was that?" I asked. She sighed, and said again, "Are you a Vampire?"
"No." I lied. I felt awful about lying to her. I couldn't find it in me to tell her about my Vampire self...yet.
"If you were one - not that you are, - you would tell me right?" She asked.
No. I thought. "Yes." I said.
"Okay, the reason why I asked is because Vania -"
"Vania made you do this?" I got slightly mad at that.
"No, no! Vania was making points about the characteristics and traits of a Vampire. She said you fit all of them." She replied.
"Oh. Well, no i'm not a Vampire. Is that all you called for?" I asked, sounding more irritable than I wanted to.
"No, I was also going to ask if you wanted come over. I want to spend the day with you over here." She said.
That was a risky idea. But I went along with it, for her sake. "Yeah, I would like that." I smiled to myself. "Great, come over anytime. See you later." She said and hung up.
I wonder what we're going to do today. Whatever it is, i'm sure it will be fun. I go into the bathroom to get ready to leave.

I got my clothes on, put on my newly bought sunscreen, and I left. I made it to her house in a flash. Watch what you do. I thought. Since Vania is on to me, I need to be extremely careful of what I do. I knocked on the door, and Alison opened it. "Hey." She smiled. "Hey, so what do you want to do today? Your pick." I said. "Well, I was hoping we could watch some movies." She walked over to the couch. "Oooh I know a good movie!!" I piped up. I was a movie-lover at heart. She laughed, "What movie would that be?" "Ice Age: Continental Drift!! I love that movie!" I was getting happier. "Okay okay, we can watch that." She was laughing. I put the movie in. I was quoting everything Sid the Sloth said. "Why do keep quoting Sid?" Alison asked. I paused the movie. I went up to stand by the TV. "Look, me and Sid are long lost brothers." I made the same facial expression as Sid. She looked from me to him. "Ohh, I see now. So should I call you Sid from now on?" She smirked. "It would be quite a good nickname." I smiled. "Okay, play the movie." She said and I did so. We sat through the rest of movie, with me still quoting Sid. When it ended, I asked her what movie she wanted watch next. "I like the movie, The Notebook." She shrugged. I nodded. She got up to put it in. We started watching it, and halfway through the movie, I heard her sniffling. I looked at her. She was crying! I hugged her, not because of her crying over the movie, but because I just had to. And I wanted to. "It is such a good movie." She chuckled and sniffled. I smiled to myself. She pulled away and we finished watching the movie. When it was over, I got up and went into her kitchen. I looked at what she had in her refrigerator. She didn't have anything in there. but as I looked into her pantry, she had some things. I nearly had a breakdown. Another thing I missed about being human was that I could eat real food. I spotted brownie mix. I couldn't eat them, as they would unintentionally taste like pure dirt to me. Even though, that's not how they are supposed to taste. I wanted to make some with Alison so bad, but I couldn't eat them. Hell, I can't even know to make them, much less eat them. I closed the pantry and went back into the living room.
The movie was almost done, - although I hadn't quite known for sure, I just took a guess, - and I had just sat back down. "You missed a good portion of the movie Nath." Ali said, not turning her head to look at me. "I can tell. Your eyes are glued to the screen. Is the movie that good?" I joked. "Yes! This movie is a classic." She said.
