It's April 23 2016, the day I waited for for like almost a year. Today is the day: the concert of my favourite band The Vamps. Me and my four friends, Beau, Megan, Lotte and Nawaal are with me. I'm so excited to see our favourite band together because we met because of them. We really want to be front row so we're already waiting in line since 6 am. I'm so tired, my eyelids are so heavy, and we still have to wait the whole day.

We did a little bit of singing, talking and sleeping and when I check my phone it's already 12 o'clock. Time goes fast when you're having fun. More people came into the queue so there is not that much space to sit. But I'm having the best time of my life, people are singing, laughing and spending time with their best friends talking about their favourite band.

Half an hour later I see a door opening at the side of the venue. Me and Beau decide to go and take a look. As we walk to the door we see a few boys coming out: The Tide, the support act of the Vamps, and one of my favourite bands too.  Beau and I look at eachother at the same time. We didn't expect this to happen. The boys notice us and smile. Then Drew says:

"Hi! How are you doing?"

I try to answer but all I can say is: "Can I please hug you?"

He spreads his arms as I walk over to him and hug him. This is literally the best feeling ever. Drew has been my favourite member since I found out about this band.

More girls noticed them coming out, so we can't really have a conversation. Our other friends came too. We hug all the boys and take pictures with them. After 10 minutes their manager gives them a sign that they have to leave. I hug them for the last time and then they dissapear into a black car. We wait until they're fully gone and then we head back to the queue again. The only thing we can talk about is the thing that just happened. We finally met one of our favourite bands after two failed stalking sessions! When we finally became a little bit calmer, I head over to Twitter. I check The Tide's accounts and the last one I check is Drew's. I feel like exploding when I see Drew tweeting our picture together with the caption:

"Dutch girls are the sweetest."
