CHAPTER 1
"Tag your it " I said to Adrian Halls ,the cutest boy i know. I giggled and ran of to hide in the bushes but slowed down as i remembered he couldn't run fast.
"Hey,Adrian! , you want to cross the river?" , I asked excitedly.
" Yea sure, but you have to help me remember." , he answered back with a smile. I tied the rope we had brought from my house, to a big tree at the edge of the river. Then, carefully crossed the river to the other side, in order to tie it around a tree. After,.i was sure it would hold up, i shouted at Adrian," Its ready!" ,cupping my hands around my mouth.
As he safely makes it to the other side i ran of quickly looking for a hiding place. i saw him run of to find the others and then i heard the lunch bell..
As i safely got out,I tried to run but my yellow summer dress caught to one of the thick branches from the bush. i tried and tried but i couldnt get free. So i got up very carefully and my dress it wasn't stuck any more, i ran fast to go see if Adrian needed any help. but then i saw the rope cut in front of me and i saw Adrian in the water but when he turned he wasn't alive.
