He decided to message her without thinking twice. He messaged and reminded her that she was a very strong person, she couldn't be a quitter, she was worth so much more.
He asked her to get back to her normal self, the one which everyone enjoyed to be with, he asked her to be good and talk to her friends and get back to her normal life.
He wanted her to live her life on her own terms. He didn't like her being so dependent on him for her happiness.
He told her that she could get him back as a friend only if she did what he said. He knew she would listen to him and get back to her normal self. He knew if he went back to her, he would hurt her more eventually. He thought he would make her learn to live without him and then leave.
