"are you fucking kidding me?" jungkook muttered when he saw juhyeon staring at him. he looked around the room to see taehyung, some other guys he worked with before, and a guy he had never seen before in his entire life. juhyeon could clearly hear jungkook, she stood up, slung her denim backpack onto her left shoulder and announced, "well, that's my cue to leave."

taehyung stood up and held onto her waist to prevent her from walking away which resulted in jungkook glaring at him for no apparent reason. "i don't want to work with him." she reasoned with him before trying to free herself from taehyung. jungkook snorted, "the feelings are mutual." he said while leaning his back against the wall with his arms crossed.

hoseok looked at the two and turned to jimin, "the fuck is up with those two?" jimin leaned closer to his ear, "it was reported that those two were a thing before." he whispered and took a glance at juhyeon.

"we can hear you jimin." juhyeon rolled her eyes. jimin ignored her and continued, "well, it's not like everyone doesn't know. all of us thought you both were going to form an amazing duo, jungkook and juhyeon. but whatever it is, they hate each other now. "

"we do not hate each other." jungkook suddenly said. "yeah right, the way you're glaring at each other right now just proves how much you either want to fight each other or fuck each other." jimin replied with a smirk.

"i'm still leaving." she saw the smirk on jungkook's face, he was definitely not happy seeing her either, and all she wanted to do now is to smack his handsome face. taehyung held onto her arm tighter and turned her to face him. he held onto her shoulders and bent down to reach her eye level, "just sit down and listen to what ace has to say first, okay? and if it's not worth your time, you can leave. alright?"

juhyeon sighed, "fine, for you and ace." as she sat back down onto the couch. taehyung looked at jungkook and shook his head before sitting down and placing his left arm around juhyeon's shoulder.

jungkook's eyes twitched when he saw taehyung leaning towards juhyeon to whisper something to her. they then heard a chuckle coming from the speakers, "well, all of you are here, so let's get on with the topic." their ears perked up to listen to what ace has installed for them this time.

"glad all of you made it here. so let me just do some introductions here." ace paused before continuing, "first, obviously it's me, the ace. two of hearts, park jimin, a waking dictionary about paintings and arts, also a talented forger and painter." jimin blushed at his words, ace then continued, "three of hearts, kim seokjin, handsome, cunning and always one step ahead of everyone. jung hoseok, four of hearts, amazing locksmith and safe cracker. five of hearts, kim namjoon, the inside man."

namjoon widened his eyes, "am i just an inside man? describe me more like how you did with the others!" he whined. ace paused for a while before continuing, "kim namjoon, the inside man." without even giving namjoon a chance to speak, he continued quickly.

"min yoongi, six of hearts, the roper and master of misdirection." yoongi smiled proudly and patted himself on his shoulder.

"kim taehyung, the joker. fighter, good with guns, can shoot down someone 6 meters away right on target. jung juhyeon, the queen of hearts, elite hacker and programmer. and lastly, the king of hearts, jeon jungkook, the international jewelry thief."

"aren't they like twelve?" hoseok muttered to jimin while pointing at juhyeon and jungkook.

"now that we know everyone, i'm sure all of you know kim ji won, the corrupt politician. well she has a jewel in her hands that i think would love to see her part with. and i found a few buyers outside the country that can get it out the country without any suspicions."

"what kind of jewel needs an eight member crew to get rid of?" yoongi asked raising his brows. the television suddenly showed a blue-purple colored gem.

jungkook's eyes widened, "the alexandrite?" his mouth was left ajar, one of the most precious and expensive jem stones in the world, and it's in a corrupt politician's hands.

"exactly." ace replied. "what's in it for us?" jimin asked. "i honestly see only a little monetary gain, just a little 2%. 98% of the profits are for you guys to split. the gem is valued at 82 million USD."

now it's yoongi's time for his eyes to widen, "that means, almost 80 million USD, and just the eight of us to share."  juhyeon never even thought about billions of wons, she usually worked alone and earns only 20 to 40% of the profits, 80 million was definitely tempting, and she wasn't going to lie, she was taking interest.

"that's a lot of money." taehyung whispered, "more than enough for us to retire at the age of 20." by the looks of jimin's face right now, he's definitely taking interest.

"i will provide to you all the information you'll need for this heist. this apartment unit will be your base. i'll let you think about -"

"i'm in." jungkook announced without hesitating, it's the alexandrite you're talking about. jimin and taehyung then said yes to the plan. namjoon stood up, "i'm in, the money is too big of an amount to pass out." the two oldest were in the crew as well.

"come on juhyeon," ace suddenly said, "the crew can't work this out without you, and there's definitely no better or greater hackers that i trust to work on this plan." ace had done so much for her before, and to say that he actually trusts her to invite her in the crew, how can she say no?

"fine. i'm in."
