"Following a target is pretty easy to do when you have fast reflexes, a killer instinct and a brilliant sense of smell.

It's even easier when the target is human.

They stumble around, adrenaline fuelled and scared out of their minds considering three massive wolves are stalking them. Of course they try to run, and of course we catch them.

Another bounty for us.

It was only on the way home we heard it, the crying of a child.

It was a little girl, possibly lost, possibly abandoned but definitely a wolf.

We had no idea how old she was, but we couldn't leave her.

So that is how you became part of the Pack.

That's how you became our Delilah. "

Aidan finished my favourite story, expected me to go to bed after. "Again! Again!" I scream.

He sighs. "A pup so young needs her beauty sleep right? Can't you just go to sleep? I've told you this story like 100 times."

I try to do my biggest puppy eyes. "Pleeeeeeeease."

There's laughing at the door as Scott and Darren watch me plead for the story again. "Come on Aid, just one more time, she's only 4." Scott giggles.

He sighs again. "Fine."
