Raine's best friend since they were little and moved when they were 10 and now is coming back to to live with Raine since her parents are going on a honey moon again to Hawaii and then going on business trips all around the world to support their businesses and charities. So Jules gets to stay because her parents and Raine's parents are really close and the also wanted Jules have friends before they move in next school year. She is a super flirt and loves to dress up. She takes after her super model mom and has all the good looks and curves, while taking after after dad with her all year tan, jet black hair, hazel eyes, and all of her confidence and leadership skills that come easily.
