Our Concrete Jungle

39 2 2

Tree, by tree, each memory falls

Each being forgets their old ways

Every day that the sun does not shine,

We lose our cognizance.. left with nothing to reminisce

Only machines of hell, and a workers sonance

Each being in a state of unknown bevearment, caused by an unmotherly destruction

Every day that we breathe their remains,

Nothing saves us from the incompleted cycle

Much like a mutt in all his vision

Ours too, turns grey..

Lost in time, the future moves further and further

Each mind in its own right

To end the green, and begin the stone

Begin to forget

Forget to remember

Evermore this unfolds and then..

Nothing more.
