Hashirama x Reader Pt. 2

Your eyes scanned the colorful decorated birthday cakes through the glass. (Son's Name) turned 6 today and you wanted to surprise him with a cake. You tried making one yourself but lord knows you weren't made to bake. You practically burned the kitchen the other day trying. You laugh at the incident and continue looking. "(Y-Y/N)..." You freeze, you couldn't possibly forget that voice...that voice you loved so much. You turn around to look at Hashirama in shock, "You still have the same beautiful laugh as always." "H-Hashi. I-I mean-" He cuts you off by holding you in a tight embrace. "You don't know how much I've been searching for you."

Tears started to fall as you sobbed quietly into his chest, you've missed the familiar feeling of being safe in his arms. After a few minutes you both go outside of the market to talk more privately. "Hashi, what are you doing here? You couldn't have possibly been looking for me all these years?" "I meant it (Y/N)." "B-but what about Mito..." You look down sadly recalling everything from your constant nightmare. "Look, a year after our wedding...unfortunately my father passed away." You gasp "I-I'm so sorry for your loss." He nods and continues. "I have never stopped loving you, so I had a talk with Mito. I explained everything to her and she understood, she knew that I couldn't love her like I do towards you. So she agreed to the divorce. After that happened I began to look for you in every possible place I'd think you'd move too, I didn't know you were so close to home though." Hashirama smiles at you and you smile back, you were happy, finally for the first time in years.

You hug Hashirama around the neck and bring him in for a passionate kiss. After that you both talk for a while until you glance at Hashi's expensive watch and your eyes widen. "Damn! I need to hurry and buy that cake for (Son's Name)!" "Is (Son's Name) your friend or something?" "No! He's my son!" Hashirama stiffens at your statement and you mentally slap yourself for not explaining. "Hashi, before you make assumptions, let me just explain this to you...I'm sorry I never told you but...when we separated I was pregnant with your child." Hashirama stared at you with his mouth agape and you feel nervous at what he is going to say. He then suddenly hugs you picking you up and twirling you, smiling like the happiest man on earth. "Y-you're not mad?" "Are you kidding! I know it was wrong not to tell me but, I'm glad you had my child instead of someone else's!" You blush and hug him back. "Good, now we need to hurry! He comes out of school in about 10 minutes!"

"Mom, I love that you're so happy on my birthday!" (Son's Name) says cheerfully. "That's because I have a special surprise for you!" He smiles even more getting excited about arriving home. You both enter the house and (Son's Name) runs to the living room. "Mister, who are you?" Hashirama looks at him lovingly, he can definitely confirm that before him stood a mini him, his son. He quickly bent down and gave his son a tight hug while sobbing. The scene infront of you melted your heart, a tear spilled from your eye. "Honey, this is your Father." (Son's Name) was confused at first but you briefly explained the situation. After he understood he became happy and accepted Hashi. Then you all ate cake, "This is the best birthday ever." Your son states happily holding both yours and Hashi's hand. You both smile at each other and look down at (Son's Name), "Happy Birthday (Son's Name)." You both tell your son in unison, enjoying the rest of the day.
