For a co-manager, what I look for them are:

・ Honesty
・ Trustworthy
・ Reliable
・ Fluent in English
・ Kind
・ In a different time zone than me.
・ Willing to help other workers for their articles, job, etc.
・ Active so they can take on the manager's job if the manager is unavailable but they don't take over the manager's job, completely.
