First time we met was a haze
You were in a wounded stage.
Your memories were washed away.
I never left your side those days.
As the time passed
We became unexpected friends.
Days come and go though you stayed.
I knew you wanted your debt to be repaid.
I complained for who you were
But you took good care of her.
My mind has changed and found
Comfort in who you are.
Your debt was paid yet you decided to still stay.
Soon an old friend came.
He gave you news about life...and her
You gave him a face, you soon began to pace.
Were your feelings past or did you move on way to fast,
Time passed and my feelings for you started to grow.
Through every foe in battle you won.
I think you also won my heart.
In this very night I went to find you
You seemed nervous.
The night breeze sent a chill in the air,
But I found you enough not to care.
Alone you stood, pensive
I called out your name as you turned.
Excuses was your muse
This is what I knew.
Calling out when you turned to go,
I was shocked though I didn't know
When you slipped a ring on my finger
Noting its simple form
I was torn to know what for.
When I saw you were the same
I knew you would be blamed for my overflowing happiness.
Accepting then there I knew I loved you
More as much as you know
Like a two shooting stars in the sky our feelings match the perfect desire to hold one another this night.
Though time will takes its course.
Don't forget to remember my face
for life is driven fast pace.
We are only given one chance.
"I'll bring her home, Raine don't worry." Laguna said, as he fervently walked around the house to see if he was missing anything.
Raine was just as worried as he was for Ellone's safety.
"Alright I'm off." but Laguna stood unmoving.
Raine knew Laguna was unsure if leaving her was the right thing to do. However, right now she knew Ellone needed help and Laguna needed to save her. Gently Raine held onto Laguna's arm assuring him everything would be alright.
Laguna looked into her grey colored eyes and smiled placing his hand over hers where she held him.
"I'll bring her back and come home, I promise."
