LEO POV
"Don't worry Festus I will find her again." I tell my grumbling, bronze dragon. "I have to find her it was written in the prophecy so it has to come true, right buddy?" I "tell" him. I think I'm actually trying to reassure myself more than him. Festus whirled his teeth in response.
~time skip~
I don't know how much later but soon a feeling of hope and joy filled me and when I looked down I saw it. Calypso's
Island, Oygeria.
" There it is Festus! Land by the gardens!"
When I land I see Calypso's shocked but full of joy face starring them running towards me, slamming me into a big hug which was probably the best ten seconds of my life when we just held each other in a warm embrace.
"You came back for me, you actually came back." Calypso whispers to me still smiling.
" Leo Valdez never makes a promise he can't keep." I say because it just seemed right.
Laughing she replies "let's get out of here!" As we are flying away from Oygeria on the horizon I see six what I think are overly large birds flying in our direction." We may have some incoming Harpies so can you speed up a little buddy?" I ask Festus. He whirls and clicks this teeth and then we are shooting back home, back to Camp Half-Blood.
