"Mornin' yasegawa!" Greeted kohinata-senpai as I walked into the club room

"Good Morning kohinata-senpai, you're early today"

"Fujiwara is running at the field, and heath-kun is changing his uniform"

"Outside the club room? It's rare"

"Yeah, we've been told to change our clothes in the changing room since we have 2 girls here"

"Oh! Morning yasegawa" greeted hasekura-senpai as he entered the room

"Good morning to you too, hasekura-senpai" I greeted back

"Will you join us today?" He asked as he went to the locker

"Yes. Is that alright?" I asked back

"What are you saying? of course it's alright. I'm just checking you"

"I'm sorry, but thank you very much"

"Let me tell you" he said after he closed the locker and looked at me

"Your words are too formal, can you do something about that?"

"I don't know if I can, I'm pretty use of it"

"But I'll try! Please rest assure, hasekura-senpai" I said with passion

"Ah~ she do it again" kohinata-senpai murmured and hasekura-senpai sighed

"It's still amazing that you're par with hozumi in parkour" hasekura-senpai told me

"There's no way, hasekura-senpai. Kohinata-senpai's tricks are really amazing. besides, there's some tricks that girl shouldn't try" I shook my head left and right

"Why didn't you join the stride club back in junior high?" Fujiwara approached me

"Something happened in the past that I can't tell you. I'm deeply sorry for that" I said as I bowed

"Hey. Stand up" hasekura-senpai ordered me

"It's alright if you can't tell us, everyone have their own secret right?" Kohinata-senpai said as he looked at me

"Right! Right!" Yagami agreed

"I'm sorry everyone" I apologized again

"Didn't I say.. Forget it" hasekura-senpai sighed

"Let's continue our practice shall we?" Sakurai changed the topic

"Yeah!" All of them cheered

"So some first years join the stride club huh?" I heard some upperclassmen talked about stride club and I hide behind a wall

"Well, I think our school will known if there's not any accident last year"

"Right? KGB sure scary~"

"That Kuga right now is in third year right?"

'That Kuga? Kuga Kyosuke?' I thought

"Yeah! Let's hope that we don't meet him"

And suddenly a guy with pinkish long hair walked pass me and somehow stared at me

The guys who have been talked about that, saw him and they're run away

"Wait a minute please!" I said and he stopped

"Are you possibly K-" I tried to finish my sentence but he stared at me that made me scared

"I'm very sorry. Please forget what I say" I bowed and ran away

After I couldn't see him again, I stopped and took some air for keep my mind stable

"That was scary" I muttered

"Ah! Yasegawa-san!" I saw sakurai approach me with smile in her face

"What is it sakurai?" I composed my self

"Do you want to eat lunch together? In the class. With yagami-kun and Fujiwara-kun"

"Sure! I'll be glad to!" I replied with a smile and walked with her to the class

"Yasegawa-san. Can I ask you?"

"Of course you can"

"What do you think Stride is?"

"What I think? I think, it's a place that precious to me"

"Precious?"

"Yeah. And with watched you guys racing back then, I could feel how you guys really trust each other. Well, how do I say.. Something like passing a hope to each other?"

"I know what you mean. I glad I come to Honan"

"Yeah! Me too!"

"Ah! I almost forgot! The reason why I called you also because we'll have short meeting today"

"I reveived word on who we're facing next sunday for the first match of trial tour" Dan-sensei told us as fujiwara made a tower with protein cans

"It's Mihashi high School" he continued

"Is that so.. mihashi high school famous for raising giant carp streamers on the boy's festival day!" Kadowaki-senpai said

"Way to go, Dr. Stride!" Kohinata-senpai cheered

"Why carp streamers?" Yagami asked what I thought

"Mihashi's is a famous school in saitama. And saitama is the number one manufacturer of carp streamers in Japan" kadowaki-senpai explained

'What is the connection with stride?' I thought

"Way to go, prime minister of trivia" kohinata-senpai cheered again but this time, he's using the cat doll

"This year, the first match will take place in Atami"

"Atami.. Atami!" Yagami's eyes sparkling

"Oh yeah! A hot springs resort!" Yagami cheered

"Please serious about this, yagami" I said with low voice

"This is Hasekura's final chance at the EOS event" Dan-sensei said

"We cannot afford to slip up like we did against saisei" He continued and yagami sat back in the chair

"Come on guys, stop looking so grim" Hasekura-senpai said

"Let's enjoy this!" He continued
