Dylan awoke to a knock on his door, followed by Victoria's angelic voice,"Hey, Sean and I are going around L.A today. We're stopping by a Gamestop too, want to come?" He shuffled out of bed and reached for the door handle. As he opened the door he saw Victoria in her outfit ready to go already, but shielding her eyes. He looked down and saw he had nothing but boxers on.
"Um. I should go get ready now." He said embarrassed.
"Please do," Victoria chuckled while he closed the door, when the door was completely shut she continued, "We leave in 15!"
15 minutes later Dylan came downstairs fully dressed and ready to go. Victoria looked at him and nodded, "Sean's in the car waiting." Dylan speed walked to the door while saying, "I call shotgun!" Victoria shook her head with a smile and followed him into the car.

Throughout the day everything was like it was when the three had all been in high school together, except they were in L.A. and I few fans noticed them in some of the stores. As they walked into Gamestop, their final store of the day, two fans of Sean looked as if they had turned to stone, and then squirmed around shrieking. Sean smiled and came up to them while Victoria and Dylan sneaked around to go get the new game they wanted. As they walked side-by-side Dylan's thoughts kept bugging him. Just ask her! It's not that much of a question. Just ask her! He sighed and started to speak.

"Hey Victoria?"

"Yes?" She asked inquisitive.

"Remember how you said you had a boyfriend yesterday?"

"Yes, what about it?"

"What was his name again?"

"Uh-" Victoria took a second to remember the name, "Taylor, why?"

"Funny, I could have sworn you said Tyler even though there was no Taylor OR Tyler from 8th grade. Yet I somehow do remember a Thomas." He smirked. Victoria didn't even try to cover it up.

"Shit." She said flatly. Dylan laughed and felt a thousand times better.

"So you aren't dating I take it. You made it up to get that creep away from you!" He said confidently.

"No, I'm still dating."

"Wait what? Then who is your boyfriend?"

"I don't have a boyfriend." She stated mysteriously.

"What?" Dylan questioned, "You're dating, but you don't have a boyfriend? How is that so?"

"Really?" Victoria looked up and sighed. She then put her head back down and looked at Dylan with an eyebrow raised, "Repeat that to yourself until you figure it out."

"You're dating but you don't have a boyfriend." He said to himself, "You're dating but you don't have a boyfriend." Gears started to turn, finally. "You're dating but you- w- wait, what! You're gay?!"

"No, and stop shouting!" She laughed, "I'm bi."

"Oh, okay. Bi. Okay." Relief filled his voice, "So then who is your girlfriend?"

"Claire from 8th grade."

"Claire? But you two were best- oh I see the past 5 years make sense now. But why did I just hear about the bi thing now?"

"Well I just figured myself out recently, and we've only been dating a few weeks. I don't want to rush anything and get my followers all pumped."

"That makes sense. Sadly there are still homophobic and biphobic people out there. And it is your personal life you'd be putting at risk." (Hey I'm scooting in for a bit. This is actually an issue today still, and I am queer in real life and have been a victim of homophobia. As much as people say it isn't an issue, it still kinda is. If you see someone getting hurt in any way for their sexuality or gender expression please help them. Most the time people hide who they are because of the people who try and put them down, but I want all people to know they are valid. Thank you for reading! The story continues...)

"Thanks for understanding, Dylan."

"Why wouldn't I? You really think I'd be done with you purely because of who you like?"

"Well it has been like that for a few people."

"Well," He began slowly, turning to look at Victoria with a warm smile, "They're really missing one of the best people in the world."

"Thanks, Dylan. You really have a knack for words you know."

"I should be an author!"

"Okay let's not get too crazy." Victoria warned. The two laughed and all seemed well.

"Well we got the game, let's check and see if Sean is done with those fangirls so we can finally go home."

"Alright, after you." Victoria smiled. The two walked up to the desk and bought their game and Sean wrapped up talking to the fans with a picture. On the car ride back to the house Victoria was mainly silent, and on the phone just starring at the screen. To Dylan and Sean this was off. They knew she wouldn't be looking at her phone in the car unless it was important. Dylan asked what was up but Victoria simply said that it was nothing to worry about. When they got home Victoria went up the stairs and never said a word. Sean and Dylan stayed downstairs to play the new game, but after an hour or so with no word from Victoria, the two got worried.

"Dylan, you go check on her." Sean told him.

"What? Why me?"

"Because she will be more likely to talk to you."

"Why do you think that?"

"Just a hunch."

"Well okay then I'll go."

"That was quick."

"Well maybe I was going to go check anyways."

"Go off Romeo."

"I'm not Romeo." Dylan ended the conversation getting up from the couch and walking up the stairs. He knocked on Victoria's door lightly. No answer. He slowly opened the door to check if she was okay. He saw her curled up in bed facing the wall, asleep most likely. Her phone was dead beside her. Might as well make sure everything's okay for the morning. He thought. He took her phone and plugged it into the charger by the desk, pulled her sheets over her so she stays warm, and took her camera for another video. On his way out he shut off the lights and whispered, "Good night, Victoria."

He walked downstairs and told Sean he was going to be off to bed and that Victoria seemed okay. Sean was staying downstairs to play the game a bit more. As Dylan closed the door to his room he started a video to finish the day.
