Today was the first day of the season. And nothing is better than being the coaches daughter.
"Jasmine" I hear my father say
My father,a widower, and my twin brother were ready to go.I was familiar with some of the guys on the team not all of them though. They were all very friendly,to me at least. I com my long wavy brown hair and put on some makeup. I was 14 and looked like a 16 year old. I had D's and butt but only weighed 115lbs. I'll take it,at least I don't act like one.
"Jasmine" I hear my father say again
"Coming" I say sliding on my converse.
Normally I wear leggings and a sweatshirt in March. Not today. I'm wearing a cobalt blue shirt and some light denim shorts.
"Don't you look pretty" my father says
He's always been a gentle man. Very calm. Most of the time atleast
"Hey Sammy" I say
"Hey Jasmine"he says
Sammy and I have always been close. It's a twin thing. We get in the car and drive to ball park. I just look down at my phone and sit on the bucket with balls in it.
"Jasmine!" I hear a familiar voice say
Thomas!
"Thomas!" I say running towards him
"My girl" he says picking me up
I hug his shoulders
Thomas,Thomas,Thomas. This boy got me going crazy.
I just start to giggle
"Yep, I missed that" he said
I don't know why he missed me. We literally see each other all the time. We go to the same school.
"Awe the babes are back" Sammy says
He lets me down.
I walk back to my bucket.
They start to practice and more arrive. I feel a tap on my shoulder.
"It's Boo baby" I hear boo say
"BOO!" I say turning around and giving him a big hug.
"You know me boo" he says
"Oh boy I do" I say
Every season Boo,Thomas,and Sammy have been on the same team.

"We the real OBP"Sammy says
OBP means original baseball players.
I walk to go get a water bottle and walk back and see a boy I'll never forget. Holy shit. He was tall and had blue eyes and brown hair and holy shit. And best part is he has a Ray's uniform on. That's my father's team.
"Jasmine" Thomas says
"This is Danny" he says
"Nice to meet you Danny" I say looking into his eyes and smiling
"Hi Jasmine" he says
"This is the coach's daughter" Thomas says
"Oh so you're off limits to the team right?" Danny asked
"Not exactly" I say
"Danny,Thomas,we're going run come on" Sammy yells
"Bye Jasmine" Thomas says
"Nice to meet you" Danny says and scurries off
I walk over to my dad.
"No" I say
"I didn't even ask you yet?" My dad says
"I know,but what do you need?" I say
"Can you go get the line up from the other team and give it to Mrs.Joann" he asked
"Of course" I say
As I walk over to the other teams Coach,someone catches my eye.
Paige! I run over to Paige and give her a big ass hug.
"Hey!" I say excitingly
"Ahhhhh Jasmine!" She says
"What are you doing here?" She asked
"Coach's daughter,what about you?" I ask
"Asshole brother" she says
"Nice"I say
"Well I gotta fly" I say
I see the coach
"Sir,can I get the line up?" I ask
"Of course" he says
"You have a good day now" he says
"You too" I respond
I walk over and give Mrs. Joann the list.
"Hi sweetheart"she says
"Hey" I say smiling
That was Thomas' mom
I walk over to the dugout where all the boys were.
"Hello Mrs.Jasmine" Cory says wrapping his arm around me
"Hello Cory" I say
I was friendly to all the boys. They were sweet honestly.
"Mh mh mh Jasmine you sure are looking good today" Hayes starts
"Oh Hayes" I sigh
Hayes was a cutie I won't deny that. He was talk blonde hair green eyes. Typical charmer. Only 2 new kids this year,counting Danny. I wonder who the other was.
"Hi, I'm Jude" An unfamiliar voice says
"Jasmine" I say shaking his hand
Something about him, I don't know what but something about his dark hair and dark eyes made me wanna stair at him forever.
"Alright guys on the field" My dad said
Danny was the short stop. Nothing was interesting in the game so I went to go see Paige. Eh nevermind. Starring at Danny is fun.
For the rest of the game I just thought and thought about stuff. They finally won 6-4. We had anther game at noon so there was no need to leave the park.
Sammy,Thomas,Boo,and Danny all come walk towards me.
"Aye look it's my girl" Thomas said
Thomas always called me his girl. I just start smiling
"Hello" I say
"We have a problem" Sammy said
"Which is" I say
"Danny doesn't know how to break up with his girlfriend" Boo says
"Oh" I say
"Help me?"Danny says with a smirk on his face
"Sure" I say smiling
"Look she's right over there" he says
"Boy" I say
"What I'm nervous" Danny says
"Just chill okay just say we need to break up" I say
"She's crazy,Jasmine" Danny says
"Well" I say
"Oh dude get her to hate you"Sammy says
"Yeah yeah,kiss Jasmine infront of her and then be like oh sorry" Boo says
"I mean if you're up for it" Danny says

"Sure" I say anxiously
I mean this isn't my first kiss but I barely even know this kid. What if my dad finds out? Danny's gonna have to run hella laps. Well this should be fun.
