Lauren's POV

Are you fucking kidding?!? He fucking asked her out in front of me?! God damn. I need to go cool down.
"Y-yeah I guess so. Look Camila I have to go finish my book report I'll be on the other side of the library." I say a little angry.
"Oh uh okay. If you need me I'll be here" she says as I start to walk away.
I go to the other side of the library and thinking about what Shawn just did. Honestly fuck him. Fucking prick. I start my book report listening to music at the same time.
"I'm nothing special but I'm told I have beautiful eyes. Eyes from which nothing but truth could possibly seep.
They say the sea is actually black and that it merely reflects the blue sky above. So it was with me. I allowed you to admire yourself in my eyes. I provided a service. I listened and listened and listened. You stored yourself in me."
I can't help but relate to this damn book and it's about a dude who loves to hurt girls feelings. Except I want to hurt Shawn's fugly face.
I start to finish up my book report and start to grab my thing and put away my earphones and start heading out of the exit.
Camila stops me. "Give me your phone." She demanded.
"No. Why do you want it?" I say back with attitude.
She crossed her arms and raised her eyebrows. "I'm not letting you leave until you give me your phone."
I look at her up and down. "Seriously Camila get out of my way." I say seriously.
"Fine, put your number in my phone then." She said softly.
"Oh.. Um okay" I type in my phone number on her phone and then look at her. "Can I go now?" I say raising my eyebrows.
"No, keep me company?" She asks as she looks into my eyes.
"Um.. I don't know Camila. I'm feeling kinda shitty right now." I say half lying half not. I just want to leave this place.
"I'm not going out with him tonight. I kinda wanted to get to know you more. I mean only if it's okay with you, you seem really upset." She sighs.
Ugh why does she have to be so freaking cute. "Ugh okay fine! It's only cause I want to stay and I want to know more about the dream. Got it?" I said smiling big and winking at her.
Wow. She changed my mood so fast. It literally went from 0 to 100 real quick. I really like Camila.
She laughed and grabbed my hand and lead me to one of the tables. "I'll tell you if you help me find an excuse as in why I can't go with him tonight."
"Tell him you already have a date." I said joking around with her.
She raised her eyebrow at me. "Oh? Really now?" She asked in a joking tone. "Don't get your hopes up Jauregui, I don't know if I like you yet."
"Woah.. You said 'yet' what's that supposed to mean?" I asked seriously.
"It's a possibility." She shrugged and winked at me. "So what do I tell him, seriously." She said as she pulled out her phone.
