Its been a while,
won't you say?
since we last spoke
since we both smiled.
I've returned to you
and always will
no matter how long we're apart
You'll remain in my heart.
I am here to stay
and I shan't stray
not now or ever again
for you are where I belong.
You don't need to say a word
as your smile says all I need to see.
It may sound absurd
But hey, that's the return of me.
