"C'mon Hunter, video games await us!"

"Alright alright I'm comin jeez"

Me and Brooke went to go join Jake in his living room to play Xbox. Jake has a pretty big house but he swears he's not rich, riiiite anyway we sat down to play. Brooke sat to the right of me, she's so freaking hot but I don't know how to tell her without it being weird ya know. I don't think she likes me like that but whatever I don't want to tamper with the friendship so I'm ganna leave it alone.

"So Hunt what you doing tomorrow? "

You see we only have about four weeks left of summer before school starts and we wanna enjoy it even tho we all go to the same school.

"I don't know probably come over here again"

Jake just replied with a simple nod then spoke again "What about you Brooke?"

She smiled at me then looked at Jake "Same as Hunter"

You see what I'm talking about flirty as I don't know what but then she acts like she doesn't like me, man I swear girls are so confusing at times. The music on the radio behind us was interrupted by some breaking news story so we just turned up the volume on the video game till it went away. While Jake was turning the volume down on the t.v all I heard from the last part of the news was 'falling from the sky'. Just after Jake turned the music down Brooke started flinching.

"Brooke, what's wrong with you?" she looked at me then smiled and pointed to Jake. I turned to look at him, he was doing it too! After that I started feeling jumpy too and tingly, I didn't know what was wrong with me.

"Wth is going on!?" I yelled. "I have no clue" Jake and Brooke said in unison. "Uh maybe we should have listened to that radio announcement" "Shuda wuda cuda" Brooke said it like it was nothing.

After playing video games for a while we just quite and started talking. "I wonder what the girls are ganna be like this year?" Brooke just looked at Jake with a stupid grin on her face "hopefully like your mom" Jake snapped out of his trance "Do you guys feel that!?!" Me and Brooke looked at each other then back at Jake. "Feel what?" just then the ground shook "THAT!?" he yelled. "Okay I felt that!" Brooke yelled. We all ran to the window to see a bright light falling from the sky, it looked like an egg shaped container containing something big. In a flash it went away, what I wasn't expecting was it to appear in Jake's living room.
