"Ash, Miss Derulaz? I assume." Exclaimed the overly cheerful teacher as I walked in the door.

"Uh huh last time I checked, that would be me" I said bluntly

"Well then Miss Derulaz..."He started

"It's Rain! Rain derulaz! Not miss Derulaz! God where not at a formal dinner" I practically shout at him

"Well then Rain you can take a seat next where ever you like but we'll have no more of your out bursts will we?"

"If u gets it right there won't be one"

"What was that miss... Rain? " I look around the almost full class room, there's the jocks, cheerleaders, loners, weirdo's then I see my group the emo's ahh don't you just love that name :)

I go and take a seat next to the tall muscled guy with strait midnight back hair that fell over one of his piercing blue eyes, hmm he has matching snakebites electric blue huh nice... stretcher in his ear and an eyebrow piercing yummy, I pondered.

He must have felt me looking at him because he turned around and our eyes connected, I just raised an eyebrow and turned to the front of the class room and pulled out my phone and started texting Raven. When I felt something hit my head I turned and saw a small yellow note on the floor, I looked at it will out picking it up and it said

-enjoy coz this is all your going to get from me- on it and stuck my gum in the paper then wrapped it up and threw it at the guys head which was now turned to the brunette next to him, it hit him smack bang in the middle of his hair, he reached u to pulled what ever it was out of his hair and got it even more tangled, a look of distress came over his face when he realised what had just hit him, I just burst out laughing.

"Is something funny rain?" The teacher demanded

"Yeah 'giggle' otherwise I wouldn't 'giggle' be laughing" I said through muffled giggles

"Would you like to share it with the class" he said trying to hold back his anger, I'd seen his type of teacher at my last school really easy to piss off but all mushy inside till you piss them off of course.

"well... if you look to the back of the class room you would see a blonde guy four rows from the left struggling to get my gum out of his hair" I said with a bored tone

"And how did you gum get in his hair?!" the teacher exclaimed I saw his veins in his forehead throbbing now

"well you see he sent me an annoying obviously egotistic note which I didn't like it read -heyy new girl ;) this note came from the sexy blonde up the back here's my number 04-545-148 text me beautiful- you see what I mean so I stuck my gum on the paper wrote -enjoy coz this is all your gonna get from me- and threw it back at him. And it got him exactly where I wanted it to get him" I said smiling; I turned and looked at the blonde guy at the back who was blushing with a furious look on his face.

"GET T THE PRINCIPALS OFFICE NOW! MISS DERULAZ" he screams at me

"Sorry Mr... Morris how many times do I have to tell you its rain! I said patting him on the shoulder, its okay its normal at your age to forget things" I said smiling, I looked at my watch " wow you know this is a new record" I said to the class I've only been at this school for what 20 minutes and I've already got sent to the principals office "I looked at the teacher and smirked

"Do you really expect me to find my way to the principal's office all on my own?" I looked at the class but the teacher kept his eyes on me,

"Neolanderanx, you've been to the office enough to know your way"
(pronounced NEO- LAND-ER-AIN-IX)

"How many times do I have to tell you Mr Morris its neo not my full name" mutters the blonde guy I was talking a bout before

-Flash Back-

(To this morning)

"Darling, rain the sun is shining over the trees baby" sings Skye

"SKYE! Its 6am! Go away" I shout to my mother

"darling, its 7am and its your first day of high school" Skye says in a sterner voice then walks out of the room, you see my mother was a massive hippie and she pretty much never grew out of it so when I painted my walls black and started wearing black she didn't exactly like it I mean the woman still has blonde dreadlocks with rainbow beads in it.

"ugh" I mutter rubbing the sleep out of my green eyes, I walk over to my ensuite bathroom and I turn on the shower, I pealed off my clothes and jump under the shower, it feels like a million heated coals pelting onto my back; I sigh "hoorah" I muttered as the room seams up a new school a new town a new life.

when I finish in the shower I go back into my bed room and pull out my Falling In Reverse Tee and my blue skinny jeans to match my hair, then I walk back into my bathroom, put in my silver nose ring, dice belly button ring with my silver coloured hoops in my ears. Next I Blow-dry my hair then pull it all back into a pony tail and put on a head band while I apply moisturiser and a light layer on foundation then I put on some blusher, mascara, eyeliner and red lipstick. Next I pull my hair back down and straiten it then tease it underneath on the top layer.

Then my phone goes off great my mum -.-

-sweetie u where supposed to be at school 5 minutes ago-

'Shit' I mutter

-Okay just leaving now-

I run down stairs and chuck an apple and a bag of chips into my bag then run out the door and jump into my black jeep and speed down the driveway out onto the street and in 10 minutes I'm at the school.

I check my hair and make up in the hand mirror in the back seat I decide it looks fine then I walk casually into the school gates, I walk around for about 10 minutes before I finally find the office where I get my schedules and my locker number and combination. I thank the office lady who looks to be late 50s early 60s I decided I was going to be nice to her. I smiled while I walked to my locker, unlocked it and I threw my satchel and books in then I grabbed a pen my phone and wallet then walked towards my period one class considering id already missed home room.

-Flash back over-

"Heyy" I said as the guy came up beside me

"Heyy there, nice hair"

"Thanks I'm Rain btw"

"Yeah I know and I'm Neo I think everyone knows your name now thanks to that yeah know" he says as he looks back at the class room

"Hmm yeah" I say as I laugh again

"Wanna know something weird" he whispers into my ear

"Um okayyyy?"

"your hair, jeans, my eye's and snakebite rings and are all the same colour, my favourite colour" he says then winks and smirks at me "C'mon then the office is this way"

"We're actually going to the office?" I smirk at him

"Are we?"

"No where not, c'mon we're ditching"

"What ever you say boss" he smiles at me, and we run out of the sliding doors at the front of the school and jump in my jeep.
