I do think that this ship could work in some ways. They look good together, and have similar issues (Inner demons, feeling unloved, and so on).
However.
Sombra, unless you read the IDW comics ((!!SPOILERS!!))...
He remains evil and nearly dead. Which is an issue, as Luna wants to put her past evils behind her.
