Introduction

INTRODUCTION

          There is an escape; a way to be free.

          Life is suffering. We make sense of it with science,

          religion, and reality. We all seek love; an end to

          suffering. Like animals, we are hungry chasing after hallow

          appetites that do not satisfy. Sex, drugs, love, money,

          power, wealth, fame.

          I wanted to be a writer, but i could never write. Though

          painting was my talent, no one was a painter. My work could

          never contribute to society, my work couldn't cure cancer,

          feed the poor. I wanted to be the best person I could be. I

          was good, but i was never good enough.

          Its the universal dream to create. We were made for it; the

          only mammals, other than god that can form beauty out of

          nothing. Art is an Expression. Its what I lived for. The

          Dream and Desire; and what threatens it.

          Death is inevitable; death is fixed. Our desires lead a

          life, and that life leads to death. I want to be complete,

          But one can only hope for such things. I will never be

          fulfilled by what's hallow. But there is an escape and that

          is rebirth, a complete renewal of self. A way out of this

          life. There is is an escape. Its mine to take. There was a

          choice i had to make; who i was going to be? Life is

          suffering, we are the cause. That's all I really know.
