Okay, so I've been giving this one some thought. And yes, Draco did canonically have feelings for her. BUT HE WAS A DICK FOR SEVEN YEARS. And it's never confirmed that she EVER like him back. So do not canon me.
I don't care if it's a perfect "Romeo and Juliet" (which is a TRAGEDY) and I don't care if it was his "pure blood heritage" keeping him away from her. Being a bully for seven years is not to be forgiven because he's hot. If he really loved her, then he should have done something about it.
