Japanese names are start with last names first. If you aren't close you would use address then with their last name. When you are close you can address them with their first name

She was rich, pretty, partied every weekend. It was every girls dream-in Fujioka Tiffany's (last name first) school it was at the least. It was exactly what Tiffany didn't want, she didn't want to pretend to be that sort of person, hated it to be in fact. She would always have to force herself to drink more than she could, in order for her to keep up with her rich party girl reputation. She wanted to forget it all, she wanted to forget what happened to her and she was doing a good job at it. This was all going well for her until he came to her life

How could someone describe Orihara Kento (last name first) without writing an essay, a very long essay. He was adored by the entire school, teachers included. He would always have a group of fangirls surrounding him which annoyed Tiffany the most. How could someone with a demon like personality be liked-no loved by the entire school? She couldn't understand it. Tiffany herself was popular, she didn't like to be around him though, he was trouble. However this all changed one day when he decided to focus his attention on her and only her.
