For me, he wore the best of them all. Wanna know why? His outfit in 02 is suitable and stylish for a hero with goggles. I think I know why Masaru don't wear goggles. Other 6 Leaders in 6 season does wear goggles but didn't used it for safety, just to show off. Remember the episode where Takato and his buddy go to Digital World and sand storm want to hurt his eyes and cover with his arms eventhough he had goggles, on his forehead?!? What a complete mess. That's all for this question because I already used to this common question.
