He said, chuckling and shaking his head.

I stayed silent, listening to his laugh.

It was light and playful, it reminded me of before the fire had stolen my happiness.

And thinking about that lead to tears.

I don't think I had ever cried more in my life, tears blurred my vision.

I cried out in not physical pain, but emotional.
