Hailee's POV

FUCKKKKKK

WHAT THE HELL DO I DO?!!

The line went dead.

I tried calling back. It rang seven times and then it went to voicemail.

"Hey it's Cameron. Leave a message after the beep!" I heard Cameron's voicemail.

"Shit shit shit shit." I said.

I dialed 911.

"Nine One One, what's your emergency?" A calm voice asked.

"Uh I was on the phone with my boyfriends sister, and I heard a gun shot.... they won't answer their phone...." I said, my breath getting shorter, and shorter.

"Do you know the address?" The operator asked me.

"Erm yeah it's 9047 N Bollon St." I said, panicking.

"Alright we have authorities rushing to the location."

"Thank you." I said, hanging up.

I dialed Peyton's number.

"Hey Hails. Whats up?" She asked.

"I was on the phone with Maya, and she said her dad was hurting Cameron... and... and her mom was passed out... then I heard a gun-shot! The line went dead. Peyton I don't know who got shot!" I exclaimed, tears falling.

"Calm down hun' just call 911" I heard the scared tone in her voice.

"I did." I said crying.

"Alright. Hey, if you want I'll get Frankie and he'll drive me to your house and we'll pick you up and take you to the hospital."

Peyton offered.

Frankie was Peyton and Spencer's personal driver.

"Really you'd do that?" I asked.

"Of course." She said, sympathetically.

"B-But it's like midnight." I cried.

"So? All he does is watch movies in the basement. We'll be over in 5." Peyton said, hanging up.

Five minutes later I got a call from Peyton saying she was in the parking lot.

I grabbed my bag, and ran downstairs. I threw a note on the table that I wrote earlier.

'Hey Gam,

Cameron might be in the hospital. I'm going to see what happened... I'll be back soon. - Hailee'

I rushed out my door, and ran to the parking lot.

I saw the car and got in.

We drove to the hospital.

We walked in the emergency room. I went to the secretary.

"Hi is Cameron Boyce here?" I asked, biting my lip.

"Yes, but only family members are allowed." She said, not looking up at me.

"We're his cousins." I lied, pointing to Peyton who was behind me.

"Very well then. Room number 786." She said, typing at her computer.

I ran up the stairs because the elevator would take to long.

I approached the room. A doctor was exiting the room.

"Hi is Cameron in there?" Peyton asked.

"Yes ma'am." The doctor nodded.
