I look around
And I notice the sound,
Of those in need
People who want help
Why can't you see?
While you just stand there and stare
You want to care,
But you can't.
Because we're all made the same
And we all play the same blame game.
Just take a look around
The world is falling apart
As we worry about social media
And if people can see through you.
All the lies we have said
Before we drink our wine
And eat our bread.
The world is crumbling beneath us
While we leave trails of broken trust
And we kill other just because we don't like them.
We fight over popularity
We lie to others and our self's
Just to make us look better.
But I don't think it does
Honestly it makes you look worst.
You think you're happy
But real happiness is with yourself, not what others think about you.
And it's the truth.
