I walk home with my new girlfriend. Is it bad that I don't know her name?
"Hey babe, one question. What's your name?"
"Wow you don't even know my name."
"Well sorry, I didn't catch it."
" Emily."
"Pretty name."
"Yeah."
"What's wrong?"
"Nothing."
Why do all girls say "nothing", when there's something wrong?
"Oh okay."
"Yep."
"So."
"So. "
"What do you wanna do?"
"Go to sleep. I'm tired."
Damn. I thought it would be something, you know, more fun.
"Okay. Same. I need to rest."
"Yeah. So where do I sleep?"
I don't know. Should I say my bed, or say I'll sleep on the couch and she can sleep on the bed?
"In my bed"
Oh no. That sounds weird. But it just came out.
"Okay."
Whoop. Whoop.
"The beds upstairs. You can go up there and I'll be up in a few minutes."
"Ok. Thanks babe."
I walk to the kitchen to charge my phone. And I see a text message from Johnny saying, "Good luck champ."
I text him back saying, "Not today :/". I put my phone back on the charger, and put the glass in the sink.
I walk up the stairs to go bed, with my sweetie, Emily.
