Chapter 12

~Lilly~

-The wedding (couple months later)-

We were at the church as I paced back and forth I was super nervous as I felt a hand on my shoulder I jumped a little as I turned to see Lauren as she smiled a little, “come on we need to get your hair and make-up done.” I nodded as she did my hair and make-up as I just looked at myself in the mirror wondering why I was so nervous I shook it off as I grabbed my phone as I played ‘Harder Than You Know’ because the song always calms me down, Jessica left to get changed quickly as her hair was already up and her make-up was on too. I am having Andy walk me down the Aisle because I thought it would be amazing to have one of my best friends giving me away. Your probably wondering about my dad, he is like my mom once I dropped out of ballet he disowned me which I’m fine with we didn’t exactly get along. I put my barefoot sandals on (see external link), I also got my Black Lace Floral arm things on they went a little past my elbow. I was pulled to the window as I looked out the window I saw my parents with a teenage looking girl and two little kids.

“What the fuck are they doing here? How did they even know! Hurry and tell the security they aren’t allowed!” I said as who ever pulled me to the window ran out the door, Laruen and Ella pulled me to the back room as they got my black dress on (again in external link) I got it on as I was handed my flowers as Andy Came in as I went to the window. I saw my mother look up and glare at me I flipped her off as she looked hurt I opened the church window, “Go fuck yourself your no mother of mine!” I screamed as the teenaged girl, “GOOD SHE TALKS SHIT ABOUT YOU ANYWAY!” I laughed, “GOOD CAUSE SHE IS A SHIT MOTHER THAT EVERYONE HATES!!!” I yelled back as my mother looked hurt as I flipped them off again as the two little kids were crying the teenage girl looked like she kind of agreed with me my mother looked her and my father just glared, “And your not any better.” I said to my dad as all he did was glare, “if I find out you abuse them like you did me I will find you and beat your ass.” I said as he got wide eyes, “Because it wouldn’t be the first time I fought you.” I yelled as I closed the window as I sighed. “Damn Lilly.” I shrugged, “EVERYONE IN PLACE!” Matt’s mom yelled making me giggle. Matt’s mom handed me my flowers again as I linked arms with Andy’s.

Andy walked me down the Aisle I smiled at Matt as we got to Matt we all heard the door open I saw my dad with a shot gun. “oh god!” I said as I ran up to him as I wrestled my father to get the gun as I heard the gun go off I stood there in shock putting my hand put to my right shoulder as I looked at my hand it was filled with blood. I fell to my knees as I heard the gun go off again. As I heard him whisper, “This is what you get you stupid little bitch…” I just fell to the floor as I heard everyone scramble.

~Matt’s Pov~

When her dad shot her I ran over to her, “oh god Lilly!” I cried as I held her stomach wound as Ash held her shoulder wound. “I saw Andy and Danny holding down her dad as her dad just laid on the floor laughing. Ben was on the phone as my mom held Brent, “The police and ambulance are on their way Matt.” I nodded as I felt a hand on my cheek. “matt.” I heard Lilly say softly as I looked at her, “I-if I die today I love you so much and take care of Brent for me.” I sobbed, “Please Lilly don’t talk like this you will make it.” I sobbed more as she closed her eyes, “No! Stay awake Lilly!” I said as she opened her eyes again, “I-I’ll try for you Matt.” She said as the ambulance finally came they put her on air and got her onto the stretcher, “Can I go? I am her fiancé .” they nodded as I got in I held Lilly’s hand all the way there.

I was wearing my usual Skinnies and band top as I saw a little girl playing on a swing, I smiled at her as I walked to her. “hi.” I said as I smiled, “Hi mommy.” She said as I looked at her, she looked at me as I saw a little girl with blue eyes brown hair my features. “Oh god Ariel.” I sobbed as she giggled, “yes mommy!” she giggled as she hugged me, “I love you!” she squealed, “I love you too baby girl. Your brother misses you so much.” I said as she wiped my cheeks. “I know, I’ve been watching over you.” She giggled, “You looked so pretty in your dress.” She said as I smiled at her, “Your always been beautiful Ariel.” I said softly as she looked at me. “Really?” I giggled. “Really.” “Uncle Jimmy has been taking care of me.” She said as I looked at her, “really?” She giggled, “Mommy he’s your godfather.” I looked at her confused, “Baby what are you talking about?” I said as she looked at me with a confused face one. “You didn’t know?” she asked me quietly. “I’m confused baby girl.” I said as I saw a man appear behind her. “Holy crap your Jimmy ‘the Rev’ Sullivan!” he chuckled.

“I am, I haven’t seen you in a long time.” He said as I looked at him confused, “What do you mean?” I asked as he looked at me confused, “Your mom never told you?” “Told me what?” “I knew she would do this.” He mumbled as Ariel pulled my shirt as I looked down at her, “Up!” I giggled as Jimmy laughed. I picked her up as she giggled, “I knew your mom in high school. I wasn’t a big fan of your fathers but I supported her.” “My father is the reason I’m up here.” I said softly as he looked at me. “What do you mean?” “MY father shot me in she shoulder and again near the chest on my wedding day.” He made a frustrated sound, “I’m sorry.” I giggled. “For what?” I asked as he chuckled, “for not stopping your dad when you were born.” I shrugged, “I’m good, I miss Matt and Brent but I’m good” I said as I watch the clouds part a little as I watched what was going on Matt, Andy, Synyster Gates, M. Shadows, Zacky Vengeance, Johnny Christ  just sobbing. “I didn’t know anyone in your band.” I mumbled as Ariel hugged me.

“I brought you over when you were 9 I brought you to one of our first shows.” I looked at him really confused, “I don’t remember…I remember when I was 10 because that’s when my dad started abusing my mom and I.” I said as he sighed giving me a hug, “go, it’s not  your time, if you wait any longer you will be here permantly and you have a family there.” I nodded as I kissed Ariel and hugged Jimmy. “Thank you so much.” I said as he chuckled. “Your welcome, now go.” He said as I felt myself get pulled down to earth. I opened my eyes as I squeezed Matt’s hand; “your awake.” He yelled as he hugged me I groaned in pain. “sorry!” he said as I looked at him, “I saw Jimmy and Ariel.” I said as they all looked at me.
