Steve was beginning his quest to find the sword which could stop Dan and his power to summon beasts. He began to leave his home town,Dragonia when he saw a giant red creature fly over his head,shooting fireballs at the trees making things explode in front of him he had to find the sword ASAP. Steve turned round and suddenly Flare saw him and started to stop shooting at the trees and her next target was Steve. Steve saw a flicker of light which could only mean the sun reflecting no other but...the sword.
