I've never tried this before. I guess you could call it a note of inspiration. It's true though. If your friends don't believe in you, they aren't true friends. And if other people believe in you, you should believe in yourself. I went through a time when I was being bullied. This really helped me get through it. My friends believed that I could get through it, and with a little help from me, in the end, I got over it! Trust me, this really helps if you want to boost up your self esteem. I hope you like it!
