10 - Funeral

Dan's Pov

I stood infront of the mirror straightening my tie as Phil walked out the bathroom he took my breath away he looked amazing just seriously wow

"Um hello anyone in?" He said waving his fingers infront of my face

"Sorry I was put in a trance from your beauty" I said truthfully

He blushed as a took his arm

"Come on my breath taking boyfriend we've got a funeral to attend" I said in a posh accent as we walked to the front door and followed Phil's family as we was walking to the church down the road which wasn't far but it was still exercise

I started to wonder how Troye and Tyler where getting in because after everything they decided me and Phil needed to talk and they left our house and were staying with PJ I was snapped out of my thinking trance when I saw Phil's dad walking towards us

Phil's Dad walked over to us, well over to Phil

"Phil have you got a speech ready?" He asked

"Wait what!? No! I was supposed to do a speech!" Phil exclaimed

"Just make one up then from the heart I'm sorry you didn't know" he said and then walked off

He just walked off! He could of helped! Phil was his son! Phil was starting to cry and shake muttering to himself that he couldn't do it and that it was impossible

Phil was now shaking with sobs and I wrapped my arms around him as we had reached the church but we stayed outside

"Dan I can't do this I wanna go home" he cried into me

"Phil you've been in tour with a massive audience you can do this I know you can"

"Yeah but this is my family and when I was on tour, you were there"

"I'll be there again I promise"

"Do you swear on all the llamas in the world?"

"I do" I said feeling weird like I was getting married

I would love to get married one day

Hopefully to Phil <3

We stood up and walked into the church and sat down at the back as the priest was reading out the will

"And I leave Phil my second son £25,000 and anything he would like to take from the house and I hope he had a very happy life with Dan and I know they like each other it's obvious, good luck boys I'm sorry I'm not there to see you any more"

I was almost in tears by this point and Phil was crying softly on my shoulder as I ran my fingers through his hair thinking the will reading was over as the priest had read out all the family and what they have to do with the will so everyone was surprised when he carried on

"This will probably come as a surprise as there not family but I would like to give Dan Howell £10,000 as he's like a extra son and takes care of Phil and looks after him and that means everything to me"

I burst into tears running down my face as there was a small break before Phil's speech

I composed myself a bit as did Phil

"Your mum is truly amazing" I spoke

"Yeah she really is" said Phil

"You ready for your speech?"

"Can it be our speech?"

"Anything for you Phil" I smiled

The family settled down quickly and Phil was called up and people looked a bit surprised when I followed him but some just smiled as Phil made his way to the microphone and I stood next to him as he began

"Hey before I actually get started your probably wondering why Dan is up here too well it's because without him I wouldn't be here at all and because I really love him" he paused and looked over across at me there was lots of aws from around the room

"But back to mum, she was the best mother I could of asked for always accepting especially of when I started YouTube and accepted all my friends especially Dan and she cared lots and was very kind which was amazing which she must if passed on to me so that's why I called my channel AmazingPhil she was just wonderful and one time I remember-" he stopped as he was crying and it made my heart break

I stepped forwards and Phil immediately wrapped his arms around my waist crying on my shoulder I began talking

"Mrs Lester was a wonderful person and when I met Phil I couldn't be happier and meeting his family everyone was so kind especially her and made me feel at home and she always made little jokes about me as Phil being together and look at us now"

Phil had stopped crying and was stood next to me and pulled me into a hug and kissed me slowly

"I'm so proud of you Dan"

We walked off the main area and people was crying and clapping as the ceremony ended and everyone walked back to the Lester's I felt overwhelmed with everything and didn't move from his side until James (Phil's dad) pulled me away

"Look Dan I know you really love Phil and he really loves you and I know this won't happen soon but if you too ever got married that would be fine with me and everyone"

"I-I don't know what to say" I said

"Just make him happy just you being by him lights his face up"

I could marry Phil one day

Wow

We decided to go home that day as it was supposed to snow and we didn't want for roads to be blocked we just wanted home

'And you want Phil' a voice inside my head said

I shook it off but I knew it was true and as we got home we dropped our bags and I kissed Phil passionately and he guided us to his bedroom

I couldn't wait
