'How much further is it?' Natsu thought to himself. He had to get out of this forest. It was very dark and unsettling. The wind spoke in eerie tones and the cracking leaves sent a chill down his back. Natsu was lost. So, so lost. He'd been walking for.. How long? He couldn't remember. He'd lost his scarf a while back when it had gotten stuck on a tree. He had tried to remove it from the branch, but to no avail. (He was gonna burn the tree down but thought better of it.) Suddenly Natsu stopped. His dragon hearing had picked up the sound of running water. He raced towards the sound, eager to get a drink after his long walk. Plus his stomach was killing him, and there might be fish. The pyro tripped over twigs, cut his ankles on stones, and got whipped in the face with branches on his way to the source of water. Finally he stopped. At his feet lay a bed of sand, with clear blue water and quick little fish. Natsu sighed heavily in relief and knelt down. He cupped his hands under the water and brought them to his mouth.
"What do you think you're doing?!" An angered female voice exclaimed. Natsu whipped around to see a... What was that thing? A doll? No, it couldn't be, it was talking and moving. Natsu drowned out the sound of the creature's annoyed voice. There were so many stitches. On her mouth, under her eye, around her throat, on her bare wrists and ankles. "Why are you all put together like a puzzle?" He asked. She stopped yammering. She walked up to him, and he froze in terror. 'Gray would laugh at me now,' he thought. But he didn't care. She was so terrifyingly beautiful. B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L. That took a long time to type. Haha Natsu just broke the forth wall. Anyway, she was amazing. Those stitches. He could feel them stitching his heart back together. She leaned in, and unreadable expression on her face. Natsu closed his eyes, smiling just a little. 'Finally,' he thought. 'Finally I'll get my kiss.' And then he felt it. A sharp pain on the side of his face. His eyes shot open. The girl had slapped him.
"I'm not put together like a puzzle, idiot. I'm put together like a doll. Now get away from my bathroom!" She yelled.
'Bathroom?' Natsu thought in horror. Bathroom. He looked at the river. Oh gods.
