This book used to be Book One in a twelve-book series. However, after almost eight years of working on that series, I decided that it could be much, much better.

This is the spiritual successor of the story you came to read but is immeasurably better. Many of the characters and themes from this book are in this new series as well.

Simply put, you wouldn't have wanted to read The Temperature Of Frost because it was not a very good story and it never paid off with a sequel. It was a product of my time in high school and university. The "Elise & Dorothy" series is five books and is complete. "Elise & Dorothy" is a fully realized series, written from scratch by an adult who learned a lot from his mistakes in stories such as The Temperature Of Frost.
