In the anime, Nate does not know about Yo-Kai evolution, or fusion, so he does not have an Appak yet. In the game, you can get an Appak, one of three ways. The first way is through the Crank-a-Kai. The second way is by getting your Walkappa up to level 32. The last way is by going to the third floor of Nocturne Hospital.
Appak is a very strong Yo-Kai. If you want to use an Appak, I won't stop you. So for now, just keep training, and I will have the next part out sooner or later. The next part will be about, Komane.
Like I say at the end, if you want to battle, message me your friend code, I will then friend you, and then we can battle. (Hint: I use two legendary Yo-Kai).
