After years of endless fighting, the wolves and the witches decide to make peace.

This allows the wolves to hunt to their hearts desire but only until the border of their own land. If any humans were to cross over, it was the wolves' claim.

So when Red steps over on her way to her Grandma's house, she doesn't know about the treaty and now she has the wolf chasing her. But in steps the Huntsman and he saves poor little Red. But when they find out he's a witch, saving what was the wolf's claim, the truce is broken.

And all hell is loose when the war is back on.
