Throw open the doors
And saunter right in
The little blue box so much larger within
A man at the console
So lonely inside
Looking for a companion
To help steady his stride
His two lonely hearts
Start to feel love again
With you at his side
His companion
His friend
Lovely adventures
Rapid chase scenes
Hanging out in the TARDIS
Doing lots of fun things
Saving the universe time after time
Aren't you so glad that you checked to see what the blue box hid inside?
But after a while
All stories must end
Through death
Or just leaving
It was just 'round the bend
That lonely man is now sad again
Because you are gone from his life now at day's end
So off in the universe he wanders till who knows when
Until someone new opens the little blue box once again
But always remember (if you're still alive)
The adventures you had with this Doctor of mine
Traveling
Laughing
Saving the world
Live your life and remember
