Anyway this is Cameron Cirque also known as Monsieur Loyal. Hé works for Carrie and serves the same purpose as Venice and Lillian do for their respective bosses. As for the outfit and it's horrible colour palette... the dude is colour blind, and Carrie let him pic his own outfit, colours included, before she knew he was colour blind. She didn't have the heart to change the colours on him, that and she was also just to lazy to change the colours so... yay for eyesore outfits!
