"Sunset shimmer!" Pinkie pie called to her friend in the hallway, Sunset shimmer put down her book and rushed out of the library to see Pinkie pie,"What is it? Has someone else found out about the portal and tried using it for their own advantage? Has someone come from equestria to our world? Do I need to contact princess Twilight?" Sunset shimmer panicked,"shhh!" Hissed Miss. Cheerlie from inside the library,"Sorry..." Sunset shimmer whispered just loud enough for Cheerlie to hear her, Cheerlie just rolled her eyes and went back to organizing books. Sunset shimmer looked back a Pinkie pie,"What is it, Pinkie?" Sunset shimmer asked again, being more calm this time,"Dark Steele got into another fight!" Pinkie pie explained, going slightly cross-eyed. "Shhh!" Hissed Cheerlie,"Sorry." Pinkie pie said, she took Sunset shimmers hand and led her a little farther from the library so she can actually be loud. Once Pinkie pie thought she got far enough she stopped walking and let go of Sunset shimmers hand, she looked dead into Sunset shimmers eyes and took a deep breath before speaking really fast. "Sunset! Applejack, Fluttershy, Rainbow dash, Rarity, Dark Steele, and me, Pinkie pie, were just casually hanging out, but a group of four or five boys walked by, Dark Steele randomly snapped at them! As if they were talking about something but nobody but him heard it! They got into a fight! Dark Steele won't listen to any of us! You got to help!!" Pinkie pie explained, she said that all really, really fast, but Sunset shimmer understood her,"What?! Where is he?" Sunset asked, Pinkie snatched Sunsets arm and started pulling her in a direction,"They're just outside!" Pinkie pie squeaked, they soon got outside. All Sunset shimmer saw was about five boys on the ground, all of them looking badly hurt.. They saw Dark Steele keeping one boy down just by pressing his foot against his back,"You'll never disrespect her like that again... do you hear me?..." Sunset shimmer heard Dark Steele growl to the boy beneath him, the boy weakly nodded,"Dark Steele, what did you do?!" Sunset shimmer asked in a panicky voice, Dark Steele turned around to see Sunset shimmer, he got off of the boy and walked a little closer to Sunset and Pinkie,"It's not what it looks like! To be honest, they deserved it." Dark Steele said, Sunset spotted the boy that Dark Steele was keeping down get quietly up and he silently grabbed a knife from his pocket, but no-one else noticed that,"What did they even do?!" Pinkie pie squeaked,"Th-" Dark Steele started, but Sunset shimmer cut him off,"Dark Steele, look out!" Sunset shimmer yelled, Dark Steele looked confused and turned around, but the boy had stabbed Dark Steele in the shoulder before Dark Steele could react, Dark Steele winced in pain but he wasted no time to punch the boy right in the temple, making the boy slightly fly to the side and land motionlessly on the ground, it didn't even look like he was breathing, Sunset shimmer was sure Dark Steele killed him. Sunset shimmer rushed over to Dark Steele, gently placed her hands on his shoulder but made sure not to hit the knife that was still in his shoulder,"Oh my god, we need to get you to the hospital!" Sunset shimmer panicked,"What? No! I'm fine!" Dark Steele protested,"No you're not!" Sunset shimmer hissed, Dark Steele rolled his eyes and grabbed hold of the knifes handle,"Look, I'm fine, okay?" Dark Steele said calmly and he took the knife out of his shoulder, he hissed in pain and tossed the knife to the ground then quickly covered the wound to stop the blood a little,"See, I'm fine!" Dark Steele said,"Fine, if you're not going to the hospital, then you're atleast going to nurses office!" Sunset shimmer declared and grabbed his hand that was on his arm that wasn't hurt then she basically dragged him inside the school and into the nurses office,"Nurse Red heart? Nurse Red heart!" Sunset shimmer called out in the nurses office, nurse red heart rushed past Sunset shimmer and Dark Steele,"Sorry, Sunset, but I was just informed that there's injured students out front!" Nurse Red heart called to Sunset as she ran,"Welp, we ain't gonna get help from her. Besides, I don't need help, I'm fine!" Dark Steele said and tried walking away but Sunset shimmer grabbed the back of his shirt,"Oh no you don't! If she's not going to help you, I am!" Sunset shimmer said,"Sunset, for the last time, I'm fine." Dark Steele huffed,"Too bad." Sunset said and dragged him into to room, she let go of him and pointed at a table,"Sit." Sunset ordered, Dark Steele rolled his eyes but he did as he was told and sat down on the table with his legs dangling off the edge, Sunset rummaged through the cabinets looked for the items she needed, once she found them she went to work on his shoulder. She soon finished and she was just finishing up tieing up the bandages,"Now, mind telling me why you beat those boys up?" Sunset shimmer asked, Dark Steele sighed,"They were talking about you, calling you names like egghead, nerd, loser, traitor, and other things and they said you cared more about books then people and they were saying things like you'd never have friends. They were disrespecting you, I hated it, and I snapped..." Dark Steele explained,"I appreciate you standing up for me, but you need to stop getting into fights, they're getting out of hand." Sunset said, looking deep into Dark Steele eyes,"I'm sorry.... I just love you too much to stand people making fun of you..." Dark Steele mumbled, Sunset shimmer blushed, Dark Steele realised what he said, his cheeks turned red,"I-I meant as in I love you like a friend.." Dark Steele chuckled nervously, Sunset smirked,"Nice try.." Sunset shimmer whispered, she grabbed his shirt and pulled him in closer,"And, I love you too, Dark Steele." Sunset shimmer smiled, Dark Steele smiled back and he kissed her gently on the lips, they both blushed deeply. A gasp was heard from the doorway, Dark Steele and sunset shimmer quickly pulled apart and looked at the door, Pinkie pie stood there with a huge smile on her face,"P-pinkie! I... ummm.." Sunset shimmer was lost for words,"You love him!" Pinkie pie squeaked, she happily bounced into the room and right up the Dark Steele and sunset shimmer, pinkie pie pushed them closer together,"I have to say, you two would make an adorable couple!" Pinkie giggled, Dark Steele and sunset shimmer blushed deeply and glanced at eachother, mabey they would make an adorable couple...
