Sunsets (My Lover and Mary Jane)

Two puffs white smoke
He exhales into the night

Two violet minds
So alike

Two pink eyes,
Stare into mine

Four scarlet lips,
Inches apart

Two lighters
Yellow flame,

The sunset
The horizon

Like a picture
In a frame

Three green flowers
In a bowl

Two pairs
Of navy jeans

Legs intertwined
Can't tell what it means

Two lavender lovers
Fade into the dark cobalt night

I want you between my hips
I want you against my lips
Hands in my hair
Chests bare
Arms around your neck

So very in love but
We share the same mistress
Of the name Mary Jane
And that is ok
