Her eyes filled up,
with the tears that refused to fall.
Her mind, full of stories,
but them she failed to share.
Her hands, always covered,
her sleeves hid the scars.
Her smile, so rare,
could put all others to shame.
Her words, so strong,
yet so many remained unsaid.
Her fists, clenched,
as she stood in front of the mirror.
Silence for a minute,
then her heart screamed in a g o n y
