The only reason I'm having this is because I know I can't write all the stories I'm excited for, but I'm trying my hardest to detach myself from these because other people may want them.

If the idea is taken and you want it, ask me about the status of it and I'll tell you if the person is active. If not, you may take it.
If you don't feel like you can work on the story anymore, tell me and I'll put it back available.
You may only have one idea at a time. If you end up finishing one story, then you can have another one.
Once you start actually start publishing the story, I will have stated that it's taken.
When I allow you to have an idea, I'd like to see how you want the plot to go. If I ask you what are your plans for the story, it's because I want to work it out with you so I know you're not going to make it random and completely change the plot.
Also, I do not mind helping you plan out the plot. At one point, I wanted to write each of these stories, so I know how I wanted them to go.
