Sometimes, all you have to do to feel calm and happy is sit outside and listen to Northern Downpour. Look at the trees. Count the birds you see. Breath. Smile. I know the world's a broken bone, but melt your headaches, call it home.
Allow for compliments. Allow for curiosity. Allow yourself to be confused and questioning. None of these things are bad.
