Love's To Blame (fK&C FanFiction) (COMPLETED!)

Chapter 1

So I decided to write my first book! Since it is the first thing I've ever written that is not a blog post or diary entry, bare with me. There is going to be typos, mistakes and a whole lot of weirdness. With that being said, read & ENJOY! :)

Adleys POV

I woke up to her alarm clock going off, to none other than the sound of "Fine Fine Life" by For King & Country, at eight am. She turned over to shut off the alarm and grabbed her phone off the night stand to see if it was really time to get up.

I groan and say ugh it actually is eight. As I check notifications I see that For King and Country have posted a photo onto Instagram and I immediately click on it. They posted a picture of Joel and Luke with Joel taking the selfie and Luke holding his phone. The caption saying:

"We are having a contest! Repost this photo onto your Instagram page and use the hashtag #FaceTimeJoel&Luke for a chance to win a FaceTime with us and VIP tickets to any of our upcoming concerts! We will choose a winner tomorrow morning"

I scream. The chance to FaceTime Joel and Luke AND get to go to one of their concerts?!?! OMG! That would be so awesome, considering my parents already said no to going to the concert....

**FlashBack Starts**

I walk into the living room where my parents are sitting as I try to remember to breathe. I walk up to Mom and asked her what she was doing and she looks up.

"Adley what do you want? I am busy right now"

"Well if you are busy I can ask another time..."

"No no honey go ahead and ask me now. There might not be another time tonight to ask, go ahead."

By this time I have Dads attention too..Good I thought.

"Well I was wondering- Wait no. Let me start over. For King and Country announced their new tour dates....and well they are coming to Indianapolis and I was wondering if we could go? I could pay for my ticket and everything."

"Well when is it? And how much is a ticket exactly?"

"It is June 11th, in three weeks. Tomorrow tickets go on sale so I will know about the price tomorrow morning"

"Honey I can't do that weekend. Work is making me sit through a big meeting. Trust me I would if I could. And your father has to help at the Church that weekend. I am sorry Adley, maybe next time"

**Flashback Ends**

I sigh as I remember that night...but got some hope, If I won the contest there is absoloutely no way Mom or Dad couldn't take me. I quickly repost the photo onto my Instagram account with the hashtag and wait till morning and pray that I would win every second I remember to pray.
