"Hazel,you've been watching that laptop for a longer time" Luke sat down on Hazel bed with concern laced in his eyes.
"I don't want to mess up,you should understand" She replied simply still with eyes etched on her laptop.
"But you need to eat ..you haven't had lunch with us today"
"Understand this Luke,I will eat"
"You know everyone's complaining about how you've been stuck in your bedroom just watching Alyssa and her house"
For the first time since Luke walked in,Hazel lifted her eyes to stare at him.She just couldn't get her eyes off the laptop.She was just curious as to how Alyssa could live like that,being the criminal,the wanted and the ungrateful bestfriend.
Hazel's been watching how Alyssa walks into Harry and Zayn's hostage room to just throw harsh and taunting insults to the two helpless guys,All those only made Hazel realise that she definitely tried to change Alyssa,it was just a mere attempt now in Hazel's eyes.
"I'll eat,Luke ..tell the others I will be there in a few minutes" Hazel gave Luke a forced and fake smile and Luke smiled back.
"You know I can detect a fake smile when I see one"
Luke said and didn't wait for Hazel to reply but then left before she can even mutter a word.She just shrugged and carried her laptop with her downstairs.
Pair of eyes stared at her when she came downstairs to her friends and family.She had a small wave from Fary and this time she smiled genuinely at Faryal.
"Hazel,grab a pizza we left for you,and then we need to talk" Liam gave Hazel his serious look and smiled at him.
Ever since Harry and Zayn were kidnapped,Hazel could say Liam has become her rock.He was there to always look after her,give her assurance that everything was gonna be okay and that she shouldn't be sad.Before,they only had said a bit of hi's and hello's to each other and make small talk,but now she was happy Liam was always by her side,Just like the way Zayn was always having Harry's back.
During her time watching her laptop frequently,she figured out that Zayn took care of her brother very well and seem like they've known each other like forever,it was a beautiful friendship.
"Could you stop daydreaming and grab the pizza already!?" Michael groaned and Hazel stared at him in confusion.
"The pizza's mine,not yours Mikey"
"But ..maybe you could get full and throw it away ..so I'm here to make sure the pizza doesn't go to waste"
Hazel rolled her eyes at Michael and took the pizza,then she sat on the couch,taking slow bites out of the pizza whiles Michael gave a pout at each bite she took.
She made a hand gesture to shoo away Michael and he reluctantly obeyed and left her side.
Oh finally she could eat her pizza in peace!
Liam grew tired of Hazel eating so slowly to avoid the conversation they were about to have.
"You know,the food will eventually get finished"
Hazel looked up and sighed dreading what Liam was gonna talk about next.
