Once Katniss passes away, Peeta is lonely. He weeps every night for her, hardly getting sleep at night from dreams, yet he stays strong in front of Livvi. Or at least tries to.

One Thursday evening, he gets a flashback. While at her grave.
I hear screams. Katniss's. I go to her room. She's sitting up on her bed crying from a nightmare. Once o realize she's calm, I start to leave. "Peeta wait.. Will you stay with me?" I turn to look at her before walking towards her and laying down. I wrap my arms around her. "Yeah. Always."

He starts crying. But he still holds Livvi. He kneels in front of the grave crying. "Why'd you leave me? I loved you. And now you're dead." He sons for awhile. Then he looks what is carved into the stone.
"Always."

He cries for awhile. "I love you so much Kat."

"Wove you mommy." Livvi says. Then they leave.

That night he thinks of the most beautiful word to him that helps him stay calm.
